We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join the Employee & Labor Relations team! The Labor Relations Analyst will be part of the Employee and Labor Relations team, supporting the Division and reporting to the Human Resources Assistant Director/Chief Negotiator, in serving as a resource dedicated to all labor negotiations activities.

The Labor Relations Analyst will participate in labor contract negotiations, assisting with preparation of written management proposals and counter proposals. This position will also maintain labor relations records, files and database in accordance with required retention schedules as well as research and compile strategic information from comparable public sector agencies in preparation of negotiation.

The County has approximately 2,400 employees, of which 83% are represented by four labor organizations with eight existing contracts among them.
