Human Resources Operations Manager
Salary Range: $6,970 to $9,172 per month.

The City of Hillsboro is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the agency’s HR Operations team and program which includes Classification/Compensation, HRIS, Health & Wellness Benefits, Deferred Comp Plans, Paid Leave, and Unemployment.
The successful candidate will be forward-thinking and enthusiastic about the world of compensation, benefits, process improvement, HRIS maximization, customer service, and ensuring the City’s resources are being utilized thoughtfully with an eye towards recruitment, retention and fiscal responsibility. They will also have the leadership experience and intrinsic motivation to contribute to a team atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or closely related field; and 5 years or more experience in benefits, classification/compensation and HRIS, as well as 2 years supervisory or lead experience, or any combination of education and experience that gives the applicants the skills/knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the job.
PHR or SPHR preferred
