The Urban Management Assistants of North Texas (UMANT) will host its annual Legacy and Emerging Leaders Luncheon on Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the City of Lancaster Grand Hall located at 1700 S. Veterans Memorial Parkway, Lancaster, TX 75134.
UMANT leaders are elated to have an esteemed group of local government managers. UMANT seeks to advance the quality of local government professionals by providing a community to develop and support emerging leaders.
