The Senior Management Analyst is an “at-will” position and reports directly to the City Manager. This position will have a variety of challenging responsibilities that provide key support to the Management Services Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for local government and providing services in an open, respectful, non-bureaucratic manner. The incumbent will be involved in developing and coordinating productivity and management improvement programs, reviewing written correspondence to the City Council, formulating City Council agendas and staff reports, interfacing with residents, and overseeing various projects as assigned by the City Manager. The incumbent may attend Council Meetings and represents the City with citizens, government agencies, and community and business organizations. This job classification may work in various departments and be part of a Senior Management Analyst rotational program.
