The Business Operations Division in the Office of Management and Finance (OMF) provides an array of financial management, communications, policy development and project management services for all of OMF, comprised of the bureaus of Financial Services, Human Resources, Internal Business Services, Revenue and Technology Services, and the divisions of Business Operations and Enterprise Business Solutions. The Senior Financial Analyst in Business Operations performs financial and management analysis related to the budget and operations of specific OMF bureaus. Duties include developing, reporting and monitoring various bureau budgets; conducting financial and data analysis; and preparing management reports with sound business recommendations. The Senior Financial Analyst will coordinate the implementation of financial decisions with all impacted parties and will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The Senior Financial Analyst is expected to carry out individual responsibilities with initiative and creativity while exercising sound professional judgment.

Highly responsible administrative and management work in directing a branch of county government. Serves as a member of the Core Team of leaders who work together to serve the citizens and businesses of Pasco County in the most effective way possible. Major functions within the branch include Budget, Accounting/Fiscal Services, Personnel, Purchasing, Information Technology, Facilities and Fleet; consisting of approximately 250 employees, a $97 million operating budget and a $36 million capital budget.
